Length = 22cm

Width = 10cm

Perimeter of the base of the cylinder = 22cm

Let the radius of the cylinder be r

2πr = 22

r = 22 × 7/22 × 1/2

r = 3.5cm

Height of cylinder = 10cm

Surface area = 2πrh

= 22 × 10

= 220

= 220 cm ^{2}\\

Cost of paper = 15 × 220/10000

= Rs. 0.33

Hope this helps you :)
