As we fold the paper , the length became the base circumference of the cylinder.
Now circumference of the base of cylinder = 2πr= 11cm
2*22/7*r=11cm
r = 11*7/44=7/4
Now vol.of cylinder = πr^2h= 22/7*7/4*7/4*4
Vol. = 11/2 = 5.5cm cube
Now circumference of the base of cylinder = 2πr= 11cm

Answer: 38.5cm^3
Step-by-step explanation:
length of paper = circumference of cylinder formed
11 => 2\pi r
11 =>2*22/7*r
11*7/2*22=r
r=7/4
volume of cylinder=\pi r^2 h
=>22/7*7/4*7/4**4
=>77/2
=>38.5cm^3
