a rectangular piece of paper of width 30cm and length 77cm is rolled along its width to for a cylinder . find the volume and the total surface area of the cylinder so formed?

The circumference of the cylinder will be 30 cm itself means.. the radius will be 15/π
The formula for the volume of a cylinder is this
$\pi {r}^{2} h$
so our volume will be π(15/π)²77 = 225/π * 77 which is approximately 5516 cm³

Now the surface are is
twice of the are of the upper circular region with the are of the rectangle before rolling it means (225/π * 2) + 77 *30 which is approximately 2453 cm²
