A rectangular piece of paper with 88 cm long and 7 cm broad is rolled along its length to form a cylinder . Find the volume of the cylinder thus formed .

as rectangle is rolled length is the height of cylinder=7

and breadth is the circumference

so 88=2πr

r=88/2π

so r=14

volume= πr^2h

=22/7 *14*14*7

=4312 cm cube
