Answer:

area = 5400m^2

Step-by-step explanation:

l = 30+b ......... equation (1)

we know,

perimeter of rectangle =

2(l + b)

therefore,

2((30 + b) + b) \\  \\ 2(30 + 2b) \\  \\ or \: 60 + 4b

so, as we already know the perimeter i.e, 300,

300 = 60 + 4b \\  \\ 300 - 60 = 4b \\  240 = 4b \\ b = 60

so b=60

and from equation (1)

L = 30+60

or L = 90

hence, Area of a rectangle is

a = l \times b

so

a= 90*60

a = 5400 {m}^{2}

Answer:

5400 m2

Step-by-step explanation:

l =x

b=x+30

p=300

perimeter formula=2(l+b)

X= 2(x+x+30)=300

2(2x+30)=300

4x+60=300

4x=300-60

4x=240

X=240÷4=60

l =60

b=60+30=90
