Width of the rectangular land around which the wall will be built = w
w = 22.5 + 2 * 1.5 = 25.5 m

Likewise, length of the land  L = 41 + 2 * 1.5 = 44 m

The circumference or perimeter of the rectangular plot (inside of wall):
P = 2 ( L + B ) = 88+51 = 139 m

Height of the wall = H = 2 m
Length of the wall is same as the perimeter P above.

Surface area (inner side) of the wall :  H * P = 2 * 139 = 278 m^2
