Breadth = b = 4m
Let the Depth(height) of the cuboid be `h`
Given volume = 36000 litre = 36m³
We know that the volume of a cuboid = lbh
⇒8m × 4m × `h`m = 36m³
⇒32h m³ = 36m³
⇒h = 36m³/32m³
∴h = 9/8m
∴The depth of the reservoir is 1.1m
