We have to find the solid's volume and overall surface area after generating it.​

We know that,

The rectangular sheet is rotated then the shape will be cylindrical shape.

The circumference of the base of the cylinder =20 cm

2πr = 20cm

The height of the cylinder is 7cm

Curved surface area of cylinder = 2πrh = 20 ×7 = 140cm²

140 = 2πrh

140 = 2πr(7)

140 = 14πr

πr= 10

r = 3.18

Radius = 3.18 cm

Volume of the cylinder = πr²h

= π(3.18)²(7)

= 222cm³

Total surface area of cylinder = 2πr(h+r)

= 2π(3.18)(7+3.18)

= 2π(3.18)(10.18)

= 203 cm²

Therefore, The volume and total surface area of cylinder is 222cm³ and 203 cm².
