If a side substends an angle of 30°.
Then,
angle between the sides = 180° - 30°
= 150°
Interior angle in a regular polygon
= 180° ( n-2 )/n
So,
150° = 180° ( n-2 )/n
150°*n = 180°* n - 360°
30° n = 360°
n = 12
So,
Sides = 12.

Hope this may help you.....
