  1. Size, Height and Weight of the animal.
  2. Aquatic, Terrestrial or Arboreal animal.
  3. Presence, absence or size of tails.
  4. Size and pattern of teeth, canines and molars,  to determine whether its is a carnivore or herbivore.
  5. Presence or absence of defence organs like claws or horns or antlers.
  6. Orientation of bones in the limbs, whether fast runner or slow runner.
  7. Orientation of the eyes, whether frontal or lateral.
  8. Internal organs like brain ( size, capacity of skull), heart, stomach, etc, needs to be analysed.
  9. Presence of any other special features.
  10. Based on these observations, the animal is tagged with the taxonomic nomenclature, defining its, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus and Species.
