Solution:-

The water consumption per person per day is not mentioned. I have solved this question earlier also. In that question the water consumption per person per day was 60 liters. So, I am assuming the same in this question also and solving this question.

Population of the residential colony = 5400
Water consumption per person per day = 60 liter
So, total water consumption per day per person = 60*5400
= 324000 liter

Length of the reservoir = 48 m
Breadth of the reservoir = 27 m
Height of the reservoir = 25 m

Given that during the rainy season the height of water level is 5 m

Volume of water stored in the reservoir with height of water 5 m = Total water stored in the reservoir
So, the total water stored in the reservoir = 48*27*5
= 6480 cm³

1 m³ = 1000 liter
6480 m³ = 6480*1000
= 6480000 liter

Number of days for water is sufficient = Total water in the reservoir/total water consumption per person per day
⇒ 6480000/324000
=  20 days

So, the water stored in the reservoir will be sufficient for 20 days.
