Length of reservoir = 48 m Breadth of the reservoir = 27 m
Height of the reservoir (As it is given that during rainy season height of water level is 5 m) = 5 m
Total volume of water stored in the reservoir = L*B*H
⇒ 48*27*5
⇒ 6480 m³
As we know that,
1 m³ = 1000 liter
⇒ 6480 m³ =
6480*1000
= 6480000 liters
Requirement of water per person per day = 5400*60
= 324000 liters

Number of days water stored in the reservoir is sufficient = 6480000/324000
⇒ 20 days

Hence the water stored in the reservoir is sufficient for 20 days.
