Working class is also known as middle-class consists of members who work at below average income on low-skilled jobs. They are less qualified and usually have high school diploma or some have college level education so they work in lower occupations or manual labor.
They have much difference in cultural value than upper class so they may face "culture shock" upon going to good institutions for work or study. They are hard working and enjoy small gifts from employers in the form of leaves, medical, bonuses and increase in salaries. They see rest of the world in terms of national setting.
