Here is the answer.
The wire is bent into circle so the resistance of each semicircular part will be 20/2 ohm = 10 ohm
{As resistance is directly proportional to L
in R = p L/A }
Now the two resistor of 10 ohm are connected in parallel as A B is dimamete
So, 1/R = 1/10 + 1/10
or, 1/R = 2/10 =1/5
or, R = 5 ohm.
Hence the equivalent resistance is 5 ohm.
