The area of a rhombus = d1*d2/2 = 8*6/2 = 24 sq cm.

Half the diagonals are 8/2 = 4 cm and 6/2 = 3 cm.

So each side of the rhombus is [4^6+3^2]^0.5 = 5 cm.

The perimeter of the rhombus is thus 20 cm.
