and we multiple with same unit from the triple also give a Pythagoras triplet
3=3×5= 15
4=4×5=20
5=5×5=25
then 25 will be the answer

h = (√20)^2 + (√15)^2
h= √400 + √ 225
h= √625
h= 25 cm
