Correct Question :-

A right circular cone is of base radius 5 cm and height 10 cm . Find the slant height and volume .

Given :-

Base radius of a right circular cone = 5cm

Height of a right circular cone = 10 cm

Solution :-

Slant height = √h + r

Now ,

( L)^2 = ( h)^2 + ( r )^2

( L )^2 = (10)^2 + ( 5)^2

( L )^2 = 100 + 25

L = √ 125

L = 5√5

Slant height of a right circular cone = 5√5 cm

• Volume of cone

 =  \: 1 \div 3 \: \pi {r}^{2} h

Put the required values in the formula ,

= 1/3 * 22/7 * 5 * 5 * 5√5

= 292.81 cm^3
