Given that: Rate of water flow = 3km/h= (3000/60) m/min =50 m/min

Depth (h) of river = 2 m

Width (b) of river = 45 m

Volume of water flowed in 1 min = Rate of water flow * depth of river * width of river = 50*2*45 = 4500 m3

Hence, in 1 minute, 4500 m3 water will fall in the sea.

b=45m,
h=2m
l in 1 hour =3km=3000m
then,
amount of water that runs in 1hour= l×b×h
=45×2×3000=270000m^3
and if the question wants answer in 1min then,
270000÷60=4500m^3
