Given :
Velocity of river = 10 m/s, volume of water = 2 m^3
Solution :
Since, mass = density*volume
Thus, mass = 1000 * 2 (density of water is 1000 kg/m^3
Therefore mass = 2000 kg
Now, since KE = 1/2mv^2
Thus, KE = 1/2*2000*(10)^2
=> KE = 1000*100
=> KE = 100000 J
=> KE = 100 KJ (ans)
