Solution=>

Let the radius of the road roller be r cm.

Distance covered by road roller in 1 revolution = 2πr

∴ Distance covered by rood roller in 5000 revolution = 5000 × 2πr

Given, Distance covered by road roller in 5000 revolution = 11 km

5000×2×22/7×r=11km=1000m

==>r=1000×7/5000×44

==>r=0.35m

now, multiply by 100 to convert it into cm

Therefore, r=35

Thus, the radius of road roller is 35 cm.

harjotsinghbhinder13: i have only clear doubt that 1km=1000m. so, 11km=11000
harjotsinghbhinder13: thanks
navaneetsaikadali: the answer will be 28.57 m
harjotsinghbhinder13: no wrong
navaneetsaikadali: when we convert it into 11000m
navaneetsaikadali: it is resulting same
harjotsinghbhinder13: because i have found that much to give answer
navaneetsaikadali: i mean when u substitute 1000 with 11000
harjotsinghbhinder13: are bahi maine short main likh diya hai
navaneetsaikadali: ok
