area of room = 10.5 × 12.5 =131.5 meter square. now, area of room including verandha = 14.5 × 16.5 = 239.25 meter square. so according to question we will subtract area of room from area of room including verandah = 239.25 - 131.25 = 108 meter square

Breadth=10.5
Length of inner part=12.5+(2×2)=50m
Breadth of inner part=10.5+(2×2)=21m
Area=50×21=1050m2
Area of path=1050m2-131.25m2
