Length of room = 18m

Breadth of room = 4m

Area = 2 × ( L + B )

= 2 × (18 + 4)

= 2 × 22 = 44 m² = 4400 cm²

__________________________

Length of tile = 9cm

Breadth of tile = 8cm

Area = 2 × (L+B)

= 2 × (9+8)

= 2 × 17

= 24cm²

__________________________

Number of tiles that will be placed =

4400/24 = 183.3 tiles

__________________________

Cost per tile = ₹5.25

Cost of 183.3 tiles = 5.25 × 183.3 = 962.3
