A rose is sweet smelling and usually brightly coloured. How does this help it pollination?

Because of the sweet smelling and is brightly colored it will attract the insects. The insect will come and suck up the nectar and the the pollen grain will be attached to the body of the insects. Then the pollen tube is made for the pollen grain to pass and reach the female germ-cell. So the insect helps in pollination.
