Let A's income be a and B's be b.

According to problem, b-0.2*b = a

                                     0.8*b=a

                                    b=1.25*a

                                    b = a+0.25*a

So b is 25% more than a.

Let  the income of B = x.

∴ the income of A = x * 80/100 = 4x/5.

A is less than B = x - 4x/5 = x/5.

less % = ( x/5 )/4x/5 * 100 = 25 % .

ok
