playing sports and game is not only about seeing a gold medal in your hands but it is of a lot of significance as well.sports and games are very important as they help in dealing with to day to day life situations easily.it helps us to get used to ups and downs in life easily.sports and games help in the building up of sportsman spirit .it also helps us to accept defeats gracefully.it helps us to know the strength of unity and team spirit and ,4 eg when their is a competition b\w 2 countries,the people participating,do not play as individuals but as a family.games like chess  helps to increase our iQ level.
