firstle play as usual with same color or same numbers. do not use any wild or +4 card.
1) when your nearest opponent has 2 or less than 2 cards, than play+4 and give a color of a card that you have the most.
2) keep your wild card with you till the end of game so that you will simply win by putting the wild card

Thanks for ur answer but I ment UNO as in United Nations organization and by play I ment skit ..
