Given :

A's monthly salary is 60% of B's monthly salary

A's monthly salary is 50% of C's monthly salary

A's monthly salary = Rs 8880

To Find :

The difference  between the salaries of B & C

Solution :

Let The B's monthly salary = Rs x

A's monthly salary = 60% of B's monthly salary

So,  Rs 8880 = 60% of Rs x

Or,  Rs 8880 = \dfrac{60}{100} × x

or,  x = \dfrac{8880\times 100}{60}

∴    x = Rs 14800

So, B's Monthly salary = x = Rs 14800

Again

Let The C's monthly salary = Rs y

A's monthly salary = 50% of C's monthly salary

So,  Rs 8880 = 50% of Rs y

Or,  Rs 8880 = \dfrac{50}{100} × y

or,  y = \dfrac{8880\times 100}{50}

∴    y = Rs 17760

So, C's Monthly salary = y = Rs 17760

Now,

The difference  between the salaries of C and B = Rs y - Rs x

                                                                                = Rs 17760 - Rs 14800

                                                                                = Rs 2960

Hence,  The difference  between the salaries of C and B is Rs 2960
