Let A's salary be a
and B's salary be b.

a = b + (20% of b)
⇒a =  b + b/5
⇒a = 6b/5
∴ b = 5a/6
Now, amout more than B's salary = a - b
                                                      = a - 5a/6
                                                      = a/6
%tage of B's salary lower = (a/6)/a × 100
                                         = 100/6 = 50/3
                                         ≈ 16.667
∴ %tage of B's salary lower lower than A's salary is 50/3% or 16.667%

I hope this helps you ^_^
