Let the Salary of the Person B be Rs. Y.

Therefore, A's per as the question, Salary of the Person A = 80/100 × Y

= Rs. 0.8Y

Let Salary of A be Rs. X.

∴ X = Rs. 0.8Y

∴ Y = Rs. X/0.8

Salary of the B = Rs. Y

= X/0.8

= 5/4 × A

Let us change it into Percentage by multiplying it with 100.

∴ Salary of B = 5/4 × 100 A

∴ Salary of B = 125 % of A.

Hope it helps .
