The Total Gain Percent is 50%

Step-by-step explanation:

Let us assume the initial amount owing for defrauding be Rs. 100 /-

Condition - I

During buying, the defraud measured is Rs. 20 /- which is calculated as 100% of 20 = Rs. (20 x 100)/100

                                                                                                                                                 = Rs. 20 /-

Condition - II

Defraud into selling 25% = 25% of 120

                                           = (25 x 120)/100

                                           = Rs. 30 /-

Total Defraud as per above calculations = Rs. (100 + 20 +30)

                                                                    = Rs. 150 /-

Defraud Observed = Total Defraud amount - Primary Amount of Deposition

                                = 150 - 100

                                = Rs. 50 /-

Hence, Percentage Defraud = (50 x 100)/100

                                                = 50%

So, Total Gain percent is 50%
