Molar mass of copper sulphate pentahydrate = 249.72gm/mol

249.72 g of Copper sulphate pentahydrate has 63.54g of Cu and 9*16= 144 g of Oxygen

So, 1 g of Cu combines with 14463.54 g of Oxygen

Therefore, 3.782 g of Cu combine s with 14463.54* 3.782 g= 8.57 g of Oxygen
