molarity = no. of moles in 1 litre solution

no. of moles = weight of NaOH / molecular mass of NaOH

= 0.38/40= 0.19/20 no. of moles in 50ml solution

no. of moles in 1 l solution = no. of moles in 50ml * 20

=0.19M
