When any impurities or other compounds are present in a liquid, its boiling point temperature (at the same atmospheric pressure) increases.  Boiling point depends on the purity of the liquid and the pressure above liquid surface.

For pure water the boiling point is 100°C.
If Salt (Sodium chloride) is mixed in water, for every 58.5 gms mixed in 1 Liter of water, the boiling point increases by 1.02 °C approximately.

SInce the boiling point increased by 2 °C, it means that there is an amount of 117 gms of salt mixed in 1 litre of water (or there is salt in water, approximately 11.7% by mass).
