A sample of water under activites was found to boil at 102°C at normal pressure .Is water pure ?Will this water freeze at 0°C

No, The water isn't pure because boiling point of pure water is 100 degree Celsius. The dissolved impurities tend to raise the boiling point of water. In this case increasing the boiling point by 2 degree Celsius.
Furthermore, The dissolved impurities tend to lower the freezing of water. Hence, the Sample water taken will not freeze at 0 degree Celsius.
