This water is not pure as if this would be pure then it would have booked at 100 degree itself ....since it is boiling at 102 degree therefore it shows that water contains some impurities. And their water will also not freeze at 0 degree

Answer:

Sample 'B' will not freeze at 0°C because it is not pure water. At one atmospheric pressure, the boiling point of pure water is 100°C and the freezing point of pure water is 0°C.
