the water is not pure as pure water boils at 100c while this is boiling at 102c indicating impurities leading to increase in boiling point and decreasing in freezing point. thus water will not freeze at 0c,instead it will freeze at lower temp.

hope this helps!

Answer:

Sample 'B' will not freeze at 0°C because it is not pure water. At one atmospheric pressure, the boiling point of pure water is 100°C and the freezing point of pure water is 0°C.
