$x - y = y - \frac{x}{3}$



$x + \frac{x}{3} = 2y$



$\frac{3x + x}{3} = 2y$



$\frac{4x}{3} = 2y$



$\frac{x}{y} = \frac{3}{2}$

= 3:2
