strength of the school in 2018= {8000+20% of 8000 in 2017}+ [20% of {8000+ 20% of 8000}]
=(8000+20x80) + {(20/100)x9600}
=9600+1920
=11,520
=(8000+20x80) + {(20/100)x9600}
