If we name it from top ABCDE then we can draw a line BE then we will get one rectangles and one triangle.
Area of triangle = 1/2 ×38cm×76cm =1444cm^2
Area of rectangle =76 cm ×38 cm =2888 cm^2
Area of figure = (2888+1444)cm ^2 =4332 cm^2
