Amount of cloth required for 1 uniform: 1.15m

Total amount of cloth : 23 m

Amount of uniforms that can be made= (Total amount of cloth) / Amount of cloth required for 1 uniform

                                                               = 23/1.15 = 20

therefore , 20 uniforms can be made with 23 m of cloth
