I guess the question is not formatted properly. Here is what I am assuming is the question:
A school wants to plant some TREES in 53 ROWS. The Gardener bought 5019 saplings from a nursery. How many least number of saplings should he bring MORE so that each row has same number of trees ? "

So, there are totally 53 rows to be planted, and each row must have equal number of trees.
However, the number of saplings the Gardener has bought, i.e. 5019 cannot be equally divided among 53 rows. We must either reduce the number of saplings or bring some more so as to divide them equally. As he has already bought the 5019 saplings, it may not be possible to reduce them. Hence, we consider the option of adding more saplings to complete the planting.

If we divided 5019 by 53, we get an approximate value of 94.69. But, saplings cannot be considered as fractions. Hence, we consider the next whole number which is 95. Therefore, each of the 53 rows must be planted with 95 saplings so as to divide them equally.
The total number of plants will be 95*53 = 5035.

(If we had taken the previous whole number, i.e. 94, then the total number of plants would have been 4982 which is less than the number of plants already available).

Hence, the least number of saplings he must bring in addition to those already available so that each row has same number of trees is 5035-5019 = 16 saplings.

Therefore, the gardener must bring 16 saplings in addition so that each row has equal number of trees.
