density = mass / volume

so d= .24/ .5

(as we need to convert units in litre and kg)

so d = 0.48 kg/ltr

density
 = \frac{mass}{volume}
mass is 0.2400kg
volume= 0.5 Litres
density = 0.24/0.5 =0.48 kg/litres
