Answer:

Given,

Radius of circle ( r ) = 10 m

So,

=> Circumference of circle = 2πr

=> Circumference of circle = 2π × 10 m

•°• Circumference a circle = 20π m

Now,

Speed of scotter = 30 m/s

Distance to be covered = 20π m

Time = ?

Using formula,

=> Time = Distance ÷ Speed

=> Time = 20π m ÷ ( 30 m/s )

=> Time = 20π m × ( 1 s / 30 m )

•°• Time = 2/3π s

Now,

=> Angular velocity = Angle ( radian ) ÷ time [ 360° = 2π radian )

= ( 20π radian ) ÷ ( 2/3π s )

= ( 40/3 ) radian/s

=13.3333 radian/sec

This is your answer.

Hope this helps you.
