Expression for change in velocity:△v=√(v1^2+v1^2−2v1×v2cosθ)
whereθ=Angle between the velocities
Hence,△v=√{(10^2)+(10^2)-2×(10)(10)cos90
∆v= 10√2
∆v= 10 × 1.414
=14.14 m/s
