u=10m/s

v=0m/s

a=-0.5m/s²

we know that

v²-u²=2as

0-100=2(-0.5)s

s=100m

hope this helps

Initial velocity=10m/sec

Final velocity=0

Acceleration=0.5m/sec^2

Distance=?

v^2-u^2=2as

100-0=2x0.5xS

S=100m
