time period = 2π√l/g

t is inversely proportional to √g

so if g is reduced by 4 times, time period will be increased by √4 = 2 times

new time period = 2×2 = 4 sec

sushmita1233: what is the answer
khushalblue: new time period will be 1/4th of original = 2/4 = 0.5 sec
sushmita1233: wrong
sushmita1233: the ans is 4 sec
khushalblue: yeh sorry :P. check it now
