1. Sale of Tobacco Products Within School Perimeters.
2. Under this Act, it shall be unlawful for any retailer of tobacco products to sell or
distribute tobacco products to any minor
3. This Act shall be kurown as the Tobacco Regulation Act of 2003.
4. Smoking shall be absolutely prohibited in elevators and stairwells.
5. Smoking shall be absolutely prohibited in food preparation areas
6. It is the policy of the State to protect the populace from hazardous products and
promote the right to health and instill health consciousness among them.
7. Under this Act, it shall be unlawful for a minor to smoke cigarettes or any other
tobacco products.
