A sheep ate up all the leaves of a blassam plant however in few days new leave could be seen spourting in the plant agian. How did the plant survive qhithout leaves.

Plants can easily survive if there are no leaves for few days as the food stored in the stems and roots act as supplement and help them to fulfill food requirements when the leaves are absent
