Given:

A sheet of paper 44cm ×14cm is rolled to form a cylinder in two different ways.

Answer:

During the conversion of sheet of paper (rect.) into cylinder

length of paper becomes the height cylinder= 44cm

Diameter of cylinder will be the half of it,s breadth

= 14/2 = 7cm

So, volume

> πr²h

 \frac{22}{7}  \times  \frac{7}{2}  \times  \frac{7}{2}  \times 44

11 \times 7 \times 22

 {1692 \: m}^{2}
