2d= v×t
v= 1531m/s
t= 3.42s

2d= 1531× 3.42
2d= 5236.02
d= 5236.02÷ 2
d= 2618.01

Hey there !

Here ,
Time = t = 3.42 seconds

Speed of water = v = 1531 m/s

Distance of the sea bed from the ship = d

2d = distance traveled by the echo

Here is a formula to calculate  the distance :-

2d = v × t
     = 1531 × 3.42
     = 5236.02 m

d = 5236.02 ÷ 2
   = 2618.01 m

Hope this Helped You !
